This item is excellent quality and a good weight and just arrived in the post today. I practiced both Ruler and Bang sets with it whin I unpacked it and it is suitable to be used as both a Tai Chi Ruler and Bang. I will not have to change tools when I move from the Ruler set to the Bang set. Varnished too, which saves the problem of constant oiling to prevent splitting. Overall a great item.
