Chen style Tai Chi is the oldest of the 5 major styles of Tai Chi (Chen, Yang, Wu/Hao Sun, Wu). Chen style movements emphasise softness with hardness. Movements are obviously circular with much spiralling. The body leads the hands, and the waist is the axis. Chen style Tai Chi is a deceivingly powerful martial art.
